Kyle grew up on a family farm in North Stonington, Connecticut and at the Christian Academy and in the church up the road. He attended the University of Connecticut at Avery Point and Gordon for College and holds degrees from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and Yale University Divinity School. He served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa after college, and in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps in the United States and Europe after law school as a member of the Connecticut National Guard.
Kyle is committed to providing pro bono legal services within the community and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and Rhode Island Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer of Connecticut Statewide Legal Services.
He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and the United States District Court, District of Connecticut.
Yaritza Urena - Legal Case Manager, Practice Manager
Yaritza is an attorney licensed to practice in the Dominican Republic, where she attended Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Corporate Law and the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia (ISDE) where she obtained her Master’s degree in Digital Transformation and E Commerce.
Yaritza is a key member of the Wilkinson Law Firm, whose contributions are crucial in helping the firm achieve outstanding results for its clients.
Yaritza oversees case scheduling and handles critical case management responsiblities at the firm, where her expertise and commitment in these areas, as well as her ability to work across cultures and languages in English and Spanish are greatly valued.

Anusha Agarwal is an accomplished Personal Injury and Civil Litigation Paralegal with extensive experience supporting attorneys in personal injury, motor vehicle accident claims, and civil litigation. Philip Duvan - Conservator Assistant
Born in Digos City, Davao Del Sur, and a Political Science graduate from the University of Mindanao, Philip Duvan moved to Metro Manila in 2022 to start his career. He spent three years as a paralegal for a real estate company, where he gained valuable experience in corporate law, litigation, and client relations. While on a leave of absence from his law studies at Far Eastern University, he is currently working as an Assistant Conservator, a role that allows him to bring a compassionate and attentive approach to client care.
